Nelly is one of the millions of citizens who, from the days against the “desafuero” to the Assemblies of the Democratic National Convention, passing through the difficult electoral campaign and the fight against the fraud, joined the lopezobradorista movement. Her commitment has leaded her some months ago to accept being part of the teams of support of the legitimate government of Mexico, as the right hand of the secretary of the Public Property of the cabinet of Lopez Obrador, Mario Di Costanzo, her boss.
Who are “the great ones”? , who wants that Mario Di Costanzo stops messing with them and stops talking?
The secretary of the Public Property of the Legitimate Government of Mexico is outstanding within the lopezobradorista team because of his intense activity. There is no week in which we do not know about two or up to three declarations of press of Mario Di Costanzo Armenta responding to declarations of the economists of the calderonista government or analysing the plans that for this matter, the right in the power raises, or publicly presenting the alternatives of the legitimate government to whom he belongs.
We have listened his arguments and explations about the Income Law that the legitimate government presented to legislators, as well as challenging Agustín Carstens to debate publicly on the project of the calderonista reform in opposition to the project of the lopezobradorista fiscal reform.
He has reviewed in detail the reports of the Superior Audit of the Federation and denounced the large amount of irregularities that the foxista administration committed, practically turning the public State Treasury in a source of personal income. With the same laboriosity he has exposed quarter after quarter the chaotic course of the Mexican economy in the hands of the government of the right and insisted on the necessity of a radical change in the matter.
He has also lead one of the more successful citizen efforts, the one of the Social Bank, that in fact we reported in this ISA news service yesterday.
His hyperactivity cannot be reflected to fullness in these lines at risk to make them endless. His last and insistent topic has been the denunciation of the backward movements that in labor matter and of health represents the reform of the ISSSTE Law and the lies and frights with which the calderonista administration tries to stop the increasing angryness of the workers against this legislation.
Today it is Mario Di Costanzo who denounces the anonymous threats and makes responsible “to the spurious government” of any attack against him, his family or his team of collaborators. He also describes as “serious the threats against the voices that publicly criticize and denounce subjects of national character, like the Fobaproa, the nonpayment of taxes from the great companies, the inequity of the economic policy, the money laundering and the case ISOSA, all of them related to the public and financial sectors”.
The secretary of the lopezobradorista Public Property stands out that the intimidatory phrase against him took place hours after he granted an interview to a vespertine wireless report, where he condemned the declarations made by the ISSSTE director, Miguel Angel Yunes Linares, against the workers of the organism who have decided to protect themselves to face the injurious effects of the new ISSSTE Law.
In press conference, Di Costanzo Armenta clarified that, nevertheless, the threats against him “no way, I am not going to stop my fight, my work, my commitment with the legitimate government of Mexico and the Mexican society. I will continue making the denunciations, I will continue summoning and constructing the shelter so that people do not pay taxes, because it is enough of inequities in this society”.
And he mentioned that he will interpose a denunciation of facts before the General Office of Justice of the Federal District against those who arise responsible for the threats against him, but - he reiterated “I make responsible to the federal government of anything that happens to me”.
